I posted a job on Indeed for an Amazon Advertising Manager
Here's what I got back, and why I feel imprisoned by these platforms:
1_ Warehouse Picker and Packer
2_ Waiter
3_ Team Lead Therapeutic Radiographer
4_ Workshop Assistant
5_ Supermarket Supervisor
Absolutely nothing wrong with these careers
But why are you applying for a senior Amazon ppc role?
This is a common issue we've faced when hiring for the exact same role every day for 400 ish days
A large % of applications are completely irrelevant
Just noise.
And when all platforms now charge you for job ads
This noise is costing MONEY
As well as TIME
But as job advertisers we're held captive by these platforms.
At Pare our goal is to build the biggest network of Amazon advertising managers in the world
So they can find relevant roles, and start interviewing faster
And to make it easier for companies to connect with elite talent - without the need to remove noise themselves (we filter 99.2% out).
