It's their answers.
Ask the team who is in control..
What's your net margin on your top ASIN?
You get a number.
Ask a team that isn't..
"Well, it depends how you look at it..."
"Finance would have that..."
"Probably around..."
But when the answer to a margin question is a story or a guess instead of a number, the margin is already going somewhere else.
