Solo Amazon Operator.

CEO.

Too much inventory can be just as expensive as too little.

Everyone talks about stockouts.

Very few talk about overstock.

Amazon starts charging higher storage fees.

Then aged inventory fees.

Then long-term storage costs.

Eventually you are paying Amazon to hold products that are not selling.

Now you have another problem.

A massive removal order.

Freight costs.

Disposal costs.

Cash tied up in inventory that should have been fixed months ago.

The frustrating part?

Sometimes it starts because one inventory setting was never updated.

Good inventory management is not just keeping products in stock.

It is protecting cash flow.

Protecting margin.

And keeping Amazon from charging you for mistakes that were completely preventable.

That is operational oversight.

Solo Amazon Operator.
