Three warning signs is not bad luck

Three warning signs is not bad luck

It is a countdown

Most Amazon problems do not show up as one loud alarm

They show up as a slow leak

Sales drift sideways for a couple of months

Ad spend creeps up while revenue stays flat

A listing goes stale

None of it feels urgent on its own

So it gets ignored

Then one quarter later the account is in real trouble

Nobody can pinpoint when it started

That is the trap

Individually

These signals look minor

Stacked together

They are a pattern that predicts decline

The reason this gets missed is that no single person

is accountable for watching the whole picture

When one operator runs

SEO

PPC

Catalog

Account health

All at once

Everything gets surface-level attention and nothing gets a real owner

Reports pile up with no deadline and no decision attached

Data without accountability is just noise

The fix is not doing more

It is triaging by revenue impact

A rising ACoS with flat sales is bleeding money right now

So it beats a stale listing that is still converting

An account health flag can suspend you overnight

So it beats an unreviewed search term report

Rank the risks by what they cost you if ignored

Then work the most expensive one first

Speed matters here

The earlier you catch a warning sign

The cheaper it is to fix

A single stale listing is a quick refresh

Six neglected signals at once is a full rescue project

That costs weeks and real revenue

Count the signals honestly

Then stop spreading attention evenly across all of them

Fix the highest revenue risk first
