Do not make image generation your moat.
Make split testing your moat.
AI can give you main-image options fast. That does not tell you which one deserves to go live.
In the session demo, one image won the first test with 76% of the vote.
Instead of publishing it, we took one useful element from the losing image, revised, and tested again.
The first winner then lost the next test by 88%.
The advantage was not the first image. It was the loop:
Generate → test → read why → revise → test again.
A human still checks product accuracy, claims, brand fit, and compliance before anything goes live.
