🔍 One of the perks of running the Digital Shelf Institute is that we have a job board, so I get a front-row seat to what's happening across the industry. Jamie Clapper and I see jobs that are submitted and those that are posted.
And over the last few weeks, I've noticed something encouraging...
...there are a lot of new roles opening up!
I'm seeing opportunities across ecommerce, brand, and category management. From specialists and managers to directors and senior leaders, hiring activity seems to be picking up.
I am also seeing a lot of new agentic roles opening up around AEO and LLM search as brands begin to navigate the agentic shelf.
