Q4 2026 dates are out, and luckily fees are frozen.
Amazon released the full Holiday 2026 calendar this week, covering Prime Big Deal Days, Black Friday Week, and Cyber Monday, along with deal windows, peak fulfillment fees, and inbound inventory deadlines for every ASIN in your catalog.

The good thing is that this year the fee structure carries over from last cycle, like the $100 upfront fee and 1.5% variable promotion fee staying the same, and peak fulfillment fees averaging the same $0.32 per unit increase.
The one thing that moved is the inbound deadline, and it moved earlier across every shipment type.
What you should always remember in case you want to plan your inventory is that September and October are reserved for inbound intake, and November and December shift entirely to order fulfillment, so if your inventory lands after that shift, the fee schedule does not matter, your ASIN simply will not carry the Prime badge during the event window.
So this is a good moment to lock your SKU forecasts now, confirm your shipment split option in Seller Central, and move inventory before the October capacity crunch hits.
