The product optimization process is not a straight line up. It doesn't mean you

The product optimization process is not a straight line up. It doesn't mean you will take a product that's struggling and all of a sudden make it profitable. It takes precision and lots of iterations.

This product has been on the market for 2 years. The conversion rate had fallen to below 5% on average.

I've built skills to make new main images for products and took this one on. We doubled the conversion rate overnight.

But that doesn't mean that we immediately started making profit.

In our courses we teach a simple 3 step process: 1. Fix Conversion rates 2. Fix indexing / SEO 3. Optimize spend

Most sellers do those things out of order. Constantly tinkering with ad spend of listings that aren't optimized for conversion or indexing.

It took us nearly 2 weeks for the keywords to recover and for our organic sales to start kicking in. Now we are flying.

This product that was barely breaking even will not become a product that makes us hundreds of dollars per day in profit.

The coolest part of this, is that we are building AI Agents and skills to do most of these things for us. Making our teams 10x more efficient.

This new efficiency is going to allow us to start helping others with their listings / brands. It will involve AI implementation.

Jennifer Yuan Young and I have always wanted to help others with services, but we could barely keep up with our own brands which do $25mm+ and have 450+ SKU.

So we settled for teaching others how to fish and, in the process, taught hundreds of students how to build million dollar businesses.

Now we can do more than just teach.

If you are interested in being one of our first brands we work with, we are going to take on only 1 or 2 beta clients. Please let me know and Jennifer and I will set up a call to discuss whether we think we can help.
