Never-ever-test-creative-manually!!!
One of the biggest Meta Ads mistakes I see media buyers make is manually building dozens of individual ad variations to test their creative.
I audited a client's ad account this morning, and you can see exactly what I found in the screenshot above. The "Dynamic creative" toggle was switched completely off.
When you leave this off, you are doing the heavy lifting while paying Meta for the privilege. You are guessing what works instead of letting the trillion-dollar algorithm decide.
You want to turn this toggle ON. Provide your core creative elements, such as your best images and sharpest headlines, and the platform will automatically generate combinations optimized for your audience. As the interface itself states, these variations might include different formats, templates, or audio based on the elements you provide.
Doing this one thing will radically increase your testing velocity and lower your acquisition costs. Let the machine do the micro-testing to find the exact combination that makes a specific user convert. You focus on the big-picture strategy.
