£192 on LinkedIn jobs got us 17 candidate applications. £11.30 per applicant.
What a complete waste of time. THIS is one of the many reasons we started Pare. Because companies who are not fixed to one country, have to multiply this across every country they want to hire in. Paying potentially thousands in job ads, to get mostly under qualified candidates.
We're constantly striving at the moment to drive European candidates, screen them, and then present them to our clients - typically within 24 hours of the client starting with us they have an interview booked in.
No job ads for clients. No dealing with hundreds of applications, DMs, and anxiety as the £ figure keeps ticking upwards on the job ad.
Just highly qualified vetted candidates.
