By 9am this morning our team was conducting their 3rd interview of the day. This volume creates lots of learnings. So we started writing them down. And sharing them with both clients and candidates.
Our goal is for both parties to spend less time to hire/get-hired. By analysing ALL of these interactions, we pulled out some gems.
And are immediately seeing the impact.
One client went from an average 50 minute interview, to 30 minutes. All whilst actually getting a lot more from the interview.
That's a big win. Because it's going to lead to better hires, in less time.
