Big Deal Day Deal Alerts are activated.....in July. Sharing the interaction with Alexa for Shopping to show the options and ability to have all 40 of my Prime Day Deal Alerts be activated for a very early Big Deal Days tracker system.

#Alexa offered and executed (via emails) all my categories and some interesting comments like the ones below for Protein Bars on these deal alerts.

Alexa is continuing the trend from Prime Day to call out Brands that are NOT on deal, but does say they typically run Lightning Deals and Coupons.

The consumer can modify budgets, discount depth, Brands tracked, and more.

Suggesting different Brands for me to track.

The #decision Brands should make is how to leverage this free awareness in consumers inbox.

See the reply from one of alerts below and the image for more on the set up and execution (took some time for Alexa to re-create all the deal alerts).

✅ Your Protein bars and nutrition bars — Big Deal Days action:

Hey Todd! I ran your protein bar deal monitor this morning (Monday, July 13). Since this is the first execution, I scanned for active deals across Quest, RXBAR, KIND, and other premium brands in your $15–$35 range.

What I found: Deal inventory is relatively light today — I spotted a couple of solid KIND options with active pricing within budget and strong ratings, but didn't find deep lightning deals (20%+ off) from Quest or RXBAR at this time. Here are the best current deals worth flagging: (list of deals shown)

What wasn't available today: Quest and RXBAR didn't surface active deals meeting the 20%+ threshold right now. I'll keep watching — these brands frequently run lightning deals and coupon promotions.

Next check: I'll monitor again at the next scheduled execution. If a Quest or RXBAR lightning deal drops, you'll be the first to know.

Want to tweak anything — like adding Clif, Barebells, or other brands to the watchlist, or adjusting the discount threshold?
