One common theme we're seeing across clients of ours is they're not just hiring an Amazon advertising manager. they're actually getting so much more when they bring someone in to do the role full-time and that allows them to have one point of contact rather than perhaps several and not just that, the point of contact is of a senior nature in every sense of the word across all of the activity that they're involved in.
This is leading to better systems, better communication, less overall headcount and cost, and invariably improved performance.
