You’re launching a brand-new Single Keyword Campaign. You want to dominate the Top of Search (TOS) immediately.

Naturally, you look for the placement modifier setting inside the creation tool. The bad news? It’s not there. Amazon keeps the initial setup barebones.

The good news? You can fix this in exactly 60 seconds right after your campaign goes live. Think of creating the campaign as baking the cake adding the modifiers is the icing.

Here is your quick, 3-step pit stop in Amazon Ad Manager:

The 60-second post-launch checklist:

1. Go to your Ad Manager and click on your newly launched campaign.

2. Head over to the "𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬" tab in the sub-menu.

3. Enter your percentage boost (e.g., 50% or 100%) for Top of Search (First Page) and hit save.

Boom. Done. You just gave your new keyword the aggressive push it needs to solve the "cold start" problem and feed data to Ad Badger software.
