Early last year I was rapidly building / vibe-coding with Lovable. Creating custom solutions to recruitment problems we were facing.
Today marks the final unplug from the platform as for the last 9 months I've relied solely on Claude Code to build an unbelievably good personalised solution to help our business. And help our customers -> both candidates and clients.
Through a combination of aggressive 3 week long sprints, to a daily chipping away, and now a team coding effort, we've got everything from;

Today alone we created a public facing job board to showcase all of the 3000+ Amazon ads manager jobs we've collected, scored, and organised.

It's been a very exciting and fun year building Pare from the ground up. We've grown incredibly. And we're just a nimble 3 person team.
Our offer/service gets better literally every day.
This week we identified a problem relating to interview preparation, and within 3 hours built a solution. Benefitting both our customers going forwards.
THAT just wasn't possible before.
