25,000 of you are here now...

Every time I hit a number like this, I think it's worth reintroducing myself, in case you found me somewhere in between.

I started Mindful Goods eight years ago on my Chicago apartment floor with a journal and a stubborn idea that creative work could scale without a warehouse full of designers.

Today we're a 7-figure agency working with 150+ top eCommerce brands a year with a tiny but mighty team spread across 9 countries.

But here's what's actually changed in the last six months, and it's the part I'm most excited to tell you about:

While a lot of the industry chases shiny AI objects, our data keeps saying the same thing it said two years ago. The foundations still win.

What converts on Amazon hasn't moved nearly as much as the noise around it.

So instead of chasing the hype, we built with it, quietly, for over a year:

→ Master templates for premium, custom clients, then AI scaling that same quality across hundreds or thousands of SKUs (something we couldn't do a year ago)

→ A rebuilt Substack, now a data-driven, split-testing newsletter pulling from years of 900+ test data across categories and 34K data points.

→ Three full-time designers hired in the last 30 days, while other agencies talk about cutting teams

That last one is the bet I feel strongest about. When the market floods with generic AI imagery, custom and elevated content is how a brand stops looking like a copy of everyone else.

Some things haven't changed at all. Still stubborn. Still obsessed with the work.

Still get my best thinking done on walks with this guy in my photo.

If you're new here, that's the short version. If you've been here since my Chicago days, thank you for staying.
