Being great at Amazon doesn't automatically make you great at building a company

Being great at Amazon doesn't automatically make you great at building a company.
One of the biggest differences I see between successful Amazon sellers and eight-figure operators has very little to do with product research or PPC.
It comes down to leadership.
Most entrepreneurs become successful because they're exceptional at doing the work.
Scaling happens when you become exceptional at building systems, documenting processes, hiring the right people, and managing teams.
Those are completely different skill sets.
I see too many founders trying to solve growth problems by working harder instead of improving the business itself.
If every important decision still depends on you, you've probably built a successful job instead of a scalable company.
The goal isn't to become less involved.
The goal is to build a business that can continue growing because you've built the people and processes to support it.
What's been the biggest leadership lesson you've learned while scaling your business?
