πŸ™‹β™€οΈ Does this resonate with anyone?

When I am working with brands they often come to me and say. How should we be implementing AI? The next thing I say, is what problem are you trying to solve?

"Just doing AI" is not a strategy and often times that approach is why brands are not seeing ROI from using AI.

Adding AI to every task doesn't create transformation. It often creates:

❌ More complexity

❌ More approvals

❌ More text

❌ More confusion

❌ The exact same outcome... just with a chatbot in the middle

Instead the best way to approach being an AI enabled organization is to REINVENT how you do work. Better questions to ask:

πŸ‘‰ Should this process even exist?

πŸ‘‰ In a perfect world how would we complete this process?

πŸ‘‰ What decision are we trying to improve?

πŸ‘‰ Where does AI actually remove friction instead of adding another step?
