The impact Shelley and The Female Quotient have had in creating opportunities, community, and advocacy for women is extraordinatry, and meeting her was a bucket-list moment (that and getting to meet Oprah!)
Thank you Kelly MacLean, also a true change agent and thought leader inspiring women, for the conversation on leadership in our era of AI.
Kelly talked about giving her team room to fail and learn, and I talked about how Claude has been a game changer to me & my team (assistants enabling us to be more productive).
As technology continues to reshape our industry - one thing is clear: the future belongs to leaders who can combine innovation with empathy, curiosity, and courage.
