Amazon just released something that could change how you manage your account forever.

And most sellers have no idea it exists.

Last week, Amazon quietly dropped an official SP API MCP.

Read AND write access.

Meaning an AI agent can now pull your Amazon data... and take action on it.

Not just reporting. Not just analysis. Actual changes.

But here's the part nobody's talking about.

The Seller Assistant is becoming API-callable too.

That matters more than the MCP headline.

Here's why.

Every seller has been in this situation:

→ You have a listing problem

→ You open a support case

→ The rep tells you nothing useful

→ You go in circles for weeks

The Seller Assistant API changes this completely.

It has access to back-end notes inside Amazon's systems. Errors and issues that don't even show up in Seller Central.

And it can open a case directly from there.

Agent to agent. Your system talking to Amazon's system.

No more copy-paste. No more human telephone game with support.

After 15 years in Amazon and $550M+ in managed sales... I've watched account health issues silently drain brands for months because nobody could get a straight answer out of Seller Central.

This is the fix.

The brands that figure out how to use this first are going to have a real edge on troubleshooting, listing errors, and account health.

The ones who ignore it will keep filing tickets into the void.

If your agency hasn't mentioned this to you yet... that's worth a conversation.

What would you automate first if your AI agent could actually talk to Amazon's systems?
