Your competitors are savvy. They aren't just going to take down your listing one

Your competitors are savvy. They aren't just going to take down your listing one way on Prime Day, they are doing certain attacks over others because they know the appeals and escalation queues are already stacking up.

One of the easiest ways they sideline you?

A barrage of complaints (inauthentic, expired, safety) force Amazon to act, sometimes on the same day. And if it happens today or tomorrow, it's not pretty.

One recent series of compliance-related trigger words took down a couple of major brands we worked with, who had legitimate, pristine test reports from ISO-certified labs.

Everything was dated properly and fully in order. Amazon blindly rejected them, without anything beyond copy and paste generic verbiage.

Those two brands faced imminent deactivation threats all because of botched investigations, SAS core cases left to rot, and other nonsense.

Don't encourage competitors to believe they will have an easy avenue of attack.

Do this ASAP:

Ensure every test report, invoice, and compliance certificate is 100% legible and easy to track down if Amazon asks.

You can initiate an escalation to rescue a Hero ASIN same day, if you dispute takedowns properly.

Check your flank: Make sure you are selling in the correct category so you don't get hit with a blind miscategorization/ backend keyword attack.

Prep your escalations properly: Have your escalation emails drafted and ready for your hero ASINs before the chaos hits.

If Amazon sends a notification saying you might lose a listing, do not assume it will stay active through Prime Day. Get ahead of it now.
