If you're adding more keywords to fix your ranking problem..
ditch that strategy right away.
More keywords is almost never the answer.
I looked at an account recently.
Solid keyword list on paper.
Multiple match types, good structure, diversified coverage.
Filtered by order volume?
Three targets driving real orders.
A couple with one or two.
Everything else: zero.
Amazon ranks on one thing.
Order velocity through a specific term.
No orders through a keyword means no organic ranking signal.
Period.
Those zero-order keywords were splitting budget and creating noise.
Nothing else.
"But add more keywords and you'll find winners."
Yeah, but are they driving orders?
Or are they just collecting impressions and making your campaigns look busy?
There's hardly anything as powerful as concentrated order velocity.
Take this seriously.
If your campaigns look full but your organic rank isn't moving, your budget is probably spread across targets that Amazon is ignoring.
Fix the concentration.
Don't add to the confusion.
What does your order volume look like when you break it down by individual keyword?
