Alexa for Shopping is struggling to keep up with questions and Deal Alerts appear to be limited in accuracy compared to live looks.
What should be a benefit to consumers, Amazon, and Brands with Deal Alerts automatically being sent to consumers so far in the early morning hours of Prime Day are not working as expected. Alexa for Shopping in multiple cases is not even able to provide a reply so far.
Deals were supposed to be sent to consumers via app and email have not yet arrived. So will many consumers assume there are not deals or go look themselves anyway while losing trust in Alexa for Shopping.
Other interactions with Alexa claimed no deals on some of my preset Prime Day Alerts, but there are definitely PD price deals live on site.
