🫶🏻 If you ever read the comment section of my posts you will notice that my number one fan is always there, my dad Dan Livak.

Growing up, I had a front-row seat to leadership.

🪾He was the first person I ever watched speak in front of a crowd. I will never forget sitting and watching him give speeches. One of my favorites was when he talked about the red wood forest. Redwood trees are some of the tallest in the world but have very shallow roots. What makes them so resilient is that their root systems spread outward and intertwine with the roots of neighboring redwoods. They literally support one another. When strong winds and storms come, they don’t stand alone. They survive because they’re connected. That leadership lesson that no one succeeds alone has always stood with me. Looking back, I think that’s where my love of public speaking began.

Through every stage of my life, one thing has never changed: I’ve always known I had my dad in my corner. He has celebrated every win, encouraged me through every challenge, and believed in me even when I questioned myself.

Dad, thank you for always cheering me on, and showing me what great leadership looks like.

Happy Fathers Day! Love you Dad ❤️
