Most people I talk to use AI the same way.

Most people I talk to use AI the same way.
And it’s transactional AI.
They open ChatGPT.
They ask a question.
They get an answer.
They close the tab.
I need help with a deck.
Review this contract.
Summarize this doc.
Useful? Sure.
But you're still doing the work.
⤷ You're just getting a smarter assistant to prep your notes.
The shift that actually matters is this:
Stop using AI to get information.
Start using it to do things for you.
There's a difference between "what should my outbound strategy look like" and "build me a prospect list from these zip codes, write the sequences, and push them to my CRM."
One is a conversation.
→The other is a workflow.
When I was auditing where operators spend their AI time, almost everyone was in the first bucket.
Ask and answer.
Nothing living anywhere.
No output that persists.
The moment you flip to the second bucket, everything changes.
You stop renting AI's brain & start deploying it.
The question isn't which tool.
It's whether you've given the tool something real to do.
Build the foundation.
Define the workflow.
Then let it run.
