That part is controllable.
What happens next is the truth.
The customer clicks or they do not.
They buy or they bounce.
They reorder or they disappear.
They leave clues in reviews, returns and search behavior.
The market always speaks.
Most brands try to force growth with opinions.
Amazon rewards listening instead.
My job is to remove friction between the product and the customer.
Then pay attention to what the market says next.
