A client came clean this week and told me he hired us along side another well-known full service agency because the other promised they could deliver speed.
They were a stop-gap measure in his mind. He hired us for the quality and conversion focus he was after.
We kicked off our project together and he ghosted us to help the other team achieve "speed."
In the end, he spent 5x the time working with the other team because the quality was so low. He still isn't happy with the result.
In the end, our work is about to replace theirs. He's thrilled to replace the other teams work.
I expect their sales to lift by at least 50% in the next 2-4 weeks.
