We talked prime day, of course, the madness of prep but also the potential threats to ASINs looming in the near future. Will AI listing rewrites derail a product, or help it?
Will a competitor try to time a buyer order to coincide with the day before Prime Day begins, just to indicate rapidly to Amazon teams how the product isn't as described, isn't "authentic" or is expired/ broken/ used/ damaged? How will you respond?
We also talked a lot about China, probably more than I have talked about it since I last went to China. Chinese brands are taking their Amazon experience to the next level and strategizing their expansion plans for Q4 and beyond, right now. Are you?
We also met a couple of brave new sellers just getting into the fray, the possible product development hold-ups they could encounter, how to track costs and what surprises (fee increases, lost inventory, weird appeals situations or other tricky stuff) they may see thrown at them early on in their seller tenure. Stay tuned as we track their progress and support them as able.
