The other day I did something for the first time.
I have been part of this industry for years, shared stages, done virtual events, sat in rooms full of people I deeply respect, and learned from some of the most influential operators in this space.
But hosting our own webinar was different.
I built the content, I designed the session, I showed up and ran it start to finish, and people came because they wanted to hear specifically what I had to say.
That feeling is something I did not expect to hit as hard as it did.
What made it even better was the room itself. The questions were sharp, the feedback was warm, and at some point during the session, I realized that people were not just following along, they were genuinely getting it.
And a few of their questions gave me ideas for the next two sessions I had not even thought of yet (will be working on that).
Last Tuesday, we hosted our first OSS LAB live session and I am really proud of that.
If you were there, thank you. You made it what it was 🩵
If you missed it, the next one is coming. And now I am even more ready for it.
