It's Always Day One, is back.

After a number of years out, we decided to bring the podcast back. But with a completely different spin and focus to what we were working on before. Our aim now is to talk about everything related to recruitment and hiring and building teams in the world of Amazon. We'll be doing a mixture of solo sessions where I'm literally just talking my thoughts, as well as inviting guests on who have successfully built teams or recruiters on or internal talent individuals to talk about hiring processes, to talk about building remote teams or on-site teams or hybrid teams, to talk about how AI is challenging the recruitment process especially remotely all of these topics I think haven't been covered well enough yet with a specific lens just on Amazon and that's what I want to dig into a bit.

And I feel right now I'm personally well placed to do so because for the last year we've made a pivot from being an Amazon agency to a niche service offering recruitment solutions and talent solutions specifically for Amazon advertising managers and we've come across so many problems and challenges in the last year just trying to solve it for that one particular role that we want to share all of those learnings.

So if you're interested in picking up some tips from our own mistakes and our ongoing mistakes as well as learning from others who have solved complex hiring problems, whether that's at scale or just one hire a year, then subscribe away. We'll be on your normal places like Apple and Spotify.

And I'll be sharing clips here as well as on my email list.
