🚨The biggest threat to Amazon sellers isn't competition.

It's death by a thousand fees.

One of the questions I get asked all the time is:

"What changed on Amazon over the last few years?"

My answer is simple.

The economics changed.

Competition has increased, but so have costs.

Storage fees.

FBA fees.

Logistics fees.

Advertising costs.

Tariffs.

Every department optimizes for its own goals, but sellers feel the cumulative impact.

A small increase here.

A small increase there.

Year after year.

Eventually, the margin gets squeezed.

That's why many of the strategies that worked three years ago no longer work today.

The sellers thriving in today's environment aren't necessarily working harder.

They're operating more efficiently.

They're making faster decisions.

They're using better data.

And they're constantly looking for ways to protect margin while continuing to grow.

The future of Amazon belongs to operators who understand profitability just as well as they understand growth.

What do you think has had the biggest impact on Amazon sellers over the last three years?
