Frustration is data

Founders treat it like an emotion

to push through

The task you avoid hardest

is usually the one screaming

to be systematized first

The difference between a founder

who scales and one who stalls

comes down to one habit

documenting before delegating

The reason a first hire fails

isnt the hire

Its that nobody wrote down

what good looks like

The fix is boring and it works

Track every task you touch for one week

Note the ones you dread

Take the worst offender

and record yourself doing it once

Screen capture talk out loud no editing

Turn that recording into a one page SOP

Inputs steps the standard for done

Hand the SOP to someone who can read and follow directions

Skills are teachable Reliability is not

This is how a bottleneck becomes a position

My first hire came from a bread shop

and could execute better than an MBA

because the system did the teaching not the resume

Scale isn't about working more hours

Winners focus on removing themselves

from the work that doesnt need them

The founder builds the system the team runs it

The bottleneck in your business has a name

Usually its yours

The task you hate is a job description waiting to be written
