What I look for in an Amazon P&L that tells me everything I need to know.

Coop...12% of net sales.

When was that agreed?

What did you get for it?

Has anyone modelled what that number would look like if revenue drops by 20%?

Coop isn't a relationship gesture.

It's a margin commitment.

Chargebacks are reconciled monthly.

Reconciled isn't the same as fixed.

If the same deduction is landing every month, reconciling it is just accepting it with extra admin.

What's the root cause?

Who owns fixing it?

What's the dispute win rate?

Ad spend is up 34% YoY.

Great. And your margin?

Because if margin is flat while ad spend is up a third, you're not growing a business. You're borrowing visibility on products that are adding no value to your business.

ACOS doesn't tell you that, your net margin does.

What's the line in your P&L you've been avoiding?
