The people who are going all-in on one AI tool? They are making the same mistake

The people who are going all-in on one AI tool?

They are making the same mistake over & over.

They're building workflows that only work inside Claude Code.

Or only inside Codex.

Or only inside Gemini.

Bad idea.

I took the exact same image stack skill I've been running in Codex and dropped it into Google's Anti-Gravity.

Same URL.

Same inputs.

Same workflow.

⤷ Same image output.

It worked.

In fact, it finished faster.

About 3 minutes.

The output wasn't quite as good.

The fidelity missed on a few details that Codex nailed.

But that's not the point.

The point is that the workflow survived.

That's what matters.

Too many people are building tool-specific workflows.

I think that's backwards.

The value isn't Claude.

The value isn't Codex.

The value isn't Gemini.

→ The value is the process.

The SOP.

The skill.

The thinking behind it.

Tools change.

Models improve.

New platforms show up every few months.

If your workflow breaks every time that happens, you didn't build a workflow.

You built a dependency.

Build skills that move.

Then drop them into whatever tool is best this month.
