Calling all larger brands! Amazon is actively encouraging successful, larger bra

Calling all larger brands! Amazon is actively encouraging successful, larger brands to open second accounts under a separate brand, as long as there's a legitimate business need and you play by Amazon's rules.

For established players, this presents a massive strategic fork in the road. It’s no longer just about maintaining your current position or only expanding by adding new SKUs or accessories, it’s about consolidating gains and expanding your branded Amazon footprint before the competition catches up. Or, they'll do it first.

If you’re a high-volume brand, you need to ask:

Are you ready to launch a new brand? Your competitors might be, and with today's marketplace, those who double down will be the winners.

If you have a new brand in the pipeline, I also hope it is already trademarked (why wouldn't it be, at least, in pending status?)

Growth and continued Amazon success requires more than just a new SKU every so often; it requires a reliable strategy from day one -- one that includes compliance with Amazon policies. Talk to the right people, be they contacts at Amazon, agency owners, or compliant consultants.

Amazon teams exist to help you navigate this process if you meet certain criteria. Managing multiple accounts demands airtight adherence to Amazon’s Terms of Service to avoid "Related Account" flags, right?

With the competitive landscape changing, at peak sales holidays and during entire quarters on Amazon, next phase of growth forces you to decide and take action. Not just ponder the future with murky ideas.

The question is: do you have the infrastructure to scale twice? Are you ready to resolve any pitfalls or problems, if they pop up along the way?
