Most Amazon operators speak Amazon.
I translate Amazon to the C-suite.
That is a very different job.
Because your CFO does not care about…
“ACOS is up 3.2%.”
They care about margin.
Cash.
Risk.
Growth.
So here is the translation:
ROAS
“Cool… ads created sales.”
Still does not mean profit.
ACOS
“How much did we pay Amazon
for each customer introduction?”
Sometimes marketing.
Sometimes a tax.
TACoS
“Are ads growing the business…
or are we renting revenue?”
This is the adult table.
CTR
“Did anyone care enough to click?”
Your main image just got graded.
Conversion Rate
“They showed up.
Did they trust you enough to buy?”
Sessions
“Traffic walked in the store.”
Did anyone pull out a wallet?
Buy Box %
“Did we own our own shelf…
or finance someone else’s?”
Days of Inventory
“How many days until cash flow
turns into a fire drill?”
VOC
“Customers giving us free consulting.”
Most brands ignore it.
Account Health
“Amazon blood pressure.”
Ignore it long enough…
the ER gets expensive.
I do not just manage Amazon.
I translate Amazon into executive decisions.
Solo Amazon Operator.
You play. I operate.
