I used to be embarrassed of these photos.

Now? This is a trophy.

In that picture, I weighed close to 380lbs.

I was a size 4XL in shirts - and they were snug.

I was a size 52 in pants.

I was pre-diabetic.

I was dying.

Now?

I wear a size XL in shirts.

I wear a size 32 in pants.

I am healthy.

I am alive.

My wife sent me this picture this morning as it came up on a memory on her phone and we both looked at this shocked.

I could not believe I lived like that.

But back then, that was just normal.

⤷ And that is scary.

How many people are walking around now thinking that their "normal" is okay? It is actually scary to think about.

Just know this:

You can be better.

You can be healthier.

You can live longer.

You can feel better.

It is not easy & it will not happen overnight.

But you can do it.

I did.
