Do not hire the expert… then ignore the expert.

Amazon always catches up.

Solo Amazon Operator.

I have seen this more than once.

A company hires an Amazon expert.

Then keeps doing things their own way.

Creating duplicate ASINs.

Pushing questionable listings.

Ignoring compliance.

Bending policy because…

“it worked last time.”

Ignoring warnings.

Ignoring red flags.

Ignoring the person they hired to protect the business.

Then weeks later…

A listing gets suppressed.

An ASIN gets stranded.

A compliance ticket lands.

Account health turns yellow.

And suddenly the expert becomes important again.

“Can you fix this?”

That is backwards.

Do not hire the expert…

then only involve them after the damage is done.

Bring them in before the upload.

Before the shortcut.

Before the policy violation.

Before the expensive mistake.

Because Amazon does not care whose idea it was.

Amazon only sees the account.

That is why founders hire a Solo Amazon Operator.

Not to clean up every fire.

To stop the fire from starting.

You play. I operate.
