I'm an Amazon agency founder who built a SaaS.
Not because I wanted to be a SaaS "founder."
Because I was tired of watching smart sellers lose money on bad creative.
Painful variation workflows. Slow A+ content. Main image decisions made on gut feelings instead of data. Teams guessing instead of testing.
We fixed it. And called it ListingOptimization.ai.
Today: $439K ARR.
This month alone: ~$52K collected. (A lot of annual upgrades)
But here's the part that actually keeps me up at night (in a good way):
The flywheel.
Sellers come in for better Amazon images.
Some of them see the results and hire our agency to execute, polish, test, and scale.
The software feeds the agency. The agency makes the software smarter.
Nobody can copy that. You can't buy it. You have to earn it by doing the real work for years first.
This isn't a random AI image generator.
It's built from operator pain. Real Amazon pain. The kind that costs real money when you get it wrong.
We're still a small team. There are still gaps. There are still features that need to get 10x better.
But $439K ARR with a tiny team, no VC, and customers who love this platform.
Amazon sellers don't need another AI toy.
They need a system built by people who've lived inside Amazon creatives, conversion testing, variation management, and the daily chaos of running a real brand.
That's what we're building.
We're just getting started.
