I have seen this movie more than once.

The founder hires the agency.

Big team.

Nice deck.

Weekly calls.

Fancy reports.

Lots of moving parts.

Everything looks impressive.

Until the real questions start.

Why is ad spend climbing?

Why is inventory tight again?

Why did this listing get suppressed?

Why is nobody owning this?

Then the founder asks the question…

Who is actually running my Amazon business?

That is usually when I get the call.

Not because they want more people.

Because they want ownership.

One operator.

One point of contact.

One person accountable.

One person who actually knows every ASIN.

No handoffs.

No juniors.

No excuses.

Just context…

speed…

and execution.

That is what founders actually want.

Solo Amazon Operator.
