Amazon will stop ordering your products without telling you why. Little warning.

Amazon will stop ordering your products without telling you why.

Little warning....purchase orders slow down...then stop.

That's what CRaP suppressions look like in practice.

Can't Realise a Profit.

When a product falls below Amazon's internal profitability threshold, they pull back and because it's driven by their P&L....most vendors don't see it coming.

The products that get hit aren't usually the obvious ones.

Not your hero SKUs (those get attention).

Not your clear slow movers (you're already watching those).

The ones in the middle.

Decent volume.

Reasonable margin.

Nobody is actively monitoring them.

And while you're focused on topline growth and category share, those mid-tier ASINs are becoming a problem for Amazon.

The fix is knowing which products are at risk before Amazon makes the decision for you.

When did you last audit your catalogue specifically for CRaP exposure?

If the honest answer is never, that's a margin conversation worth having.
