“Who is actually running this?”

That is usually when I get the call.

Solo Amazon Operator.

It usually starts the same way.

A founder is paying good money.

The agency has a team.

There are weekly calls.

There are dashboards.

There are updates.

Everything looks busy.

But sales are flat.

Inventory is tight.

Ad spend is climbing.

Listings are stale.

Problems keep getting “escalated.”

Then the founder asks the question…

“Who is actually running this?”

That is usually when my phone rings.

Not because they need another meeting.

Because they need an operator.

One person.

One login.

One point of contact.

One person accountable.

No handoffs.

No juniors.

No outsourced execution.

Just context…

speed…

and ownership.

I do not replace agencies.

I usually clean up after them.

Solo Amazon Operator.

You play. I operate.
