Most teams don't have SOPs.

They have Looms no one rewatches.

They record a walkthrough.

They tell the team to watch it.

Half don't.

The other half watch once & forget.

Two weeks later you're back on a call walking through the same process.

Written SOPs work.

Videos don't scale.

But writing SOPs takes hours.

Now I record the video the way I always do, drop it into Claude Code, and run one skill.

3 minutes later I have a real SOP:

⤷ 1. Reads every frame to capture what I clicked.

⤷ 2. Transcribes the audio to capture why I clicked it.

⤷ 3. Fuses both into a step-by-step doc with prerequisites, edge cases, a "definition of done" checklist, and a "what NOT to do" section pulled from my own warnings in the video.

I just turned a 13-minute walkthrough into a written SOP in under 5 minutes.

No cleanup.

No rewriting.

No re-recording in a quiet room.

Your recordings are already SOPs.

You just haven't been extracting them.

Comment SOP and I'll DM you the Claude Code skill.
