A seller just asked me for 46,000 AI-generated Amazon images.

Not 46.

Not 460.

46,000.

Here’s how the conversation went:

“Kamal, 3,000 images per month won’t cut it for me. What’s the biggest plan you have?”

I laughed and said, “That is the biggest plan.”

Then I asked, “How many do you actually need?”

He said, “Around 46,000 images.”

At first, I thought he was joking.

Our biggest agency plan was built for 3,000 images/month and 50 ASINs.

This guy had a completely different vision.

He started on the free trial.

Then upgraded to the $97/month plan.

Then came back and said:

“Kamal, I love the software. This is exactly what I need. Now how do we scale this?”

That’s when it hit me.

Some sellers are still asking:

“Can AI make one good main image?”

Meanwhile, others are thinking:

“How do I optimize my entire catalog before everyone else wakes up?”

That’s the real gap right now.

It’s not AI access.

Everyone has access.

The gap is execution.

The average seller thinks using ChatGPT once means they are “using AI.”

The serious sellers are building systems.

Testing every SKU.

Creating variations.

Improving main images.

Building A+ content.

Running SERP tests.

Moving fast while everyone else is still debating whether AI is good enough.

This is what you’re competing against.

And the scary part?

In 1–2 years, most brands will catch up.

AI workflows will become normal.

Creative testing will become normal.

Catalog-wide optimization will become normal.

But right now, execution is still the moat.

The sellers who move now will have a massive head start.

Because by the time everyone else starts taking AI seriously, the players doing 46,000-image projects will already be on the next level.
