Amazon Vendors nearly always have a visibility problem.
They can't see clearly enough to know which products are dragging net PPM down, which terms are a waste of time, and whether their event participation is adding value or not.
Before you can fix margin (yours and Amazon's), you need to know your true baseline.
5 questions I'd ask iif I was onboarding you as a client..
What's your Net PPM by ASIN?
Are your freight and damage chargebacks within normal range, or are specific DCs generating most of the noise?
Are you maximising your terms investment?
What's your net margin by product?
If you can't answer three of those today, your margin problem starts here.
The gap between your gross invoice price and what Amazon actually costs you is wider than you realise...until you look.
The one that makes teams most uncomfortable...
What's your real net margin on your top selling ASIN?
