LinkedIn engagement is down.
I’m tired of playing for the algorithm.
Now? I’m just posting for me.
What does that mean?
→ More content about what I want.
→ Less caring about the timing
→ Less caring about the “pillar or bucket”
→ More value & education as I see fit
→ More posts per day
I’ve been stuck in this:
“Well, the algo prefers this time and this style and this cadence etc.”
And it’s worked for some time.
But now the gloves are off and if my engagement and impressions are down will CATERING to the algo, then it’s all out the window.
