Seven figures in sales

Negative on the P&L

I see it every quarter

Brands love to brag about top line growth

Then I open the books

and find a P&L hemorrhaging on the back end

Revenue is vanity

Margin is reality

Anyone telling you otherwise

is selling you something

Most Amazon sellers stare at revenue

and ACoS like it is the whole game

Meanwhile

FBA fees

Returns

Storage

Aged inventory

Are quietly stripping the P&L bare

That is where the margin disappears

The fix does not start with your ad budget

It starts with your cost structure

Price your product at minimum

3x your cost of goods

That gives you room to absorb

FBA fees

PPC spend

Returns

Storage

Without bleeding margin

every time a unit ships

If you cannot hit 3x

The product economics are broken

before Amazon ever touches it

Selling more of a broken unit

just loses you money faster

Now look at your TACoS

If TACoS is climbing while organic rank stays flat

you are paying for sales that should be coming for free

That is not an ad problem

That is a listing problem

The fix is not cutting spend

Cut spend on a weak listing

and your rank tanks with it

The fix is rebuilding the listing

Title

Bullets

A Plus Content

Backend keywords

So organic rank starts pulling its weight again

Knowing your numbers is not accounting

It is survival on the most competitive

marketplace in the world

Revenue without margin is a treadmill

It just gets faster every quarter
