I did not build an agency.

I became a Solo Amazon Operator.

That was intentional.

Most agencies add people.

I removed layers.

No junior account managers.

No handoffs.

No internal meetings about your business.

Just one operator…

inside Seller Central…

every day…

watching the numbers.

Inventory.

Advertising.

Account Health.

Optimization.

When something turns red, I see it.

When sales stall, I dig in.

When margins slip, I act.

Could I build a bigger team?

Sure.

But my clients do not hire me for headcount.

They hire a Solo Amazon Operator because one set of eyes, one brain, and one owner of the outcome… usually beats a room full of people forwarding emails.

You play. I operate.
