AI won't replace your Amazon team.
(But it will replace parts of what they do)
Here's what I learned after 6 months of testing AI across our operations...
The math is simple:
A client call is 30 minutes.
But the real work takes 60 minutes.
→ 15 minutes of prep
→ 30 minutes on the call
→ 15 minutes of follow-up
That follow-up time? AI crushes it.
Call summaries that used to take 15 minutes now take 2.
Action item creation is instant.
Client communication drafts are ready before the call ends.
But the actual conversation?
The strategic thinking?
Reading between the lines when a client is frustrated?
Knowing when to push back on a bad idea?
That's still 100% human.
So yes, we're automating the busy work.
But the relationship building and strategic guidance?
That constraint hasn't changed.
Which parts of your Amazon operations could AI handle tomorrow?
