Your listing is now a conversation partner.

Rufus now appears directly on the Product Detail Page (PDP), right below the title and next to the price, in a section called "Know Before You Buy," with three pre-loaded questions. One tap opens a full Rufus conversation.

(Btw, shoutout to Ritu Java for spotting this)

What has me thinking is that I feel like Rufus is pulling answers from every single part of your listing (and I like it): title, bullets, A+ content, Q&A, and reviews, but if that data is vague, incomplete, or written for a keyword index instead of a customer question, Rufus will fill the gap with whatever it finds closest or simply will leave that empty.

Because at the end of the day, you do not control what it says, you only control what you give it to work with.

I think that since Rufus has been trained on search behavior, past questions, and listing data across categories, it is now using that training to anticipate what a shopper will ask before they ask it, so the "Know Before You Buy" section doesn't feel random, and to reflect the friction points your category has historically generated.

If this works that way, your listing either resolves that friction clearly or it does not.

So this is a new reason to audit your Q&A section as if it were a customer support script, write your A+ content to answer objections, and make your bullets scannable by decision criteria, not just attributes.

Because the listings that feed Rufus clean, structured, intent-matched answers are the ones that will be have these pre-loaded questions.

Keep in mind that your copy is no longer speaking to a customer, it is speaking to the system that speaks to the customer.
